Sunset Harbour's restaurant scene keeps getting stronger, and its newest arrival comes with a pasta lab. A Pasta Bar, the SoHo-born Italian restaurant, opened October 21, 2026, in a 4,700-square-foot Sunset Harbour space — its second home after New York.
The Miami location expands on the original concept with a wood-fired grill and seasonal Florida seafood, plus a daily pasta lab turning out limited-edition shapes alongside the classics. It is the kind of opening that rewards repeat visits: the menu shifts with what the lab is making that day.
