Granado’s Is Brickell’s New Smashburger Obsession

Brickell has a new burger spot, and it comes with a backstory. Granado's — a smashburger joint from Miami native JP Granado, whose burger obsession started at age five with a George Foreman grill — held its grand opening October 2, 2026, at 1250 South Miami Avenue, in the space where T.i.t.t.s Chicken used to be.

The menu is deliberately minimal: three signature burgers. The classic comes with caramelized onions and house sauce, the avo smash with avocado and green sauce, and the choripan folds chorizo and chimichurri into the smashburger formula — a nod to the city's Cuban-Spanish streak. Loaded fries round out the short menu, and the room keeps the energy up with live DJ sets through its Teeny Tiny Disco series.

It is also a late-night play: the kitchen runs until 3 AM Thursday through Sunday, which makes Granado's one of the few spots in Brickell still flipping burgers when the bars let out. For a corner that has cycled through short-lived restaurants, a hometown founder with a single obsession might be exactly what sticks.

Know before you go: Granado's, 1250 S Miami Ave, Miami (Brickell). Opened October 2, 2026. Late-night hours until 3 AM Thursday through Sunday.
